ORDINANCE No. 5 of 1922. (EMERGENCY

REGULATIONS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, the Governor in Council makes the following regulations:-

Prevention and Mitigation of Cholera.

1. In these regulations "hawker" means any person who trades in any street or public thoroughfare or goes from place to place, or goes on board any vessel, selling or exposing for sale any goods, wares or merchandise immediately to be delivered, or exposing samples or patterns of any goods.
